Targeted Vs Untargeted Traffic
June 30, 2008 – 11:25 pmOk…..so I have been trying to get some traffic to one of the products [ Affiliate Training ] but think I could be wasting my time as the traffic I am getting is coming from some of the community sites that we run - see the links to the right - & although this is free traffic it’s VERY untargeted….hence the frustration & minimal conversion.
The good thing is that I have done some more Pay Per Click training with some of Michael Cheney’s stuff & think I may also look into the Perry Marshall AdWord’s course which I believe is supposed to be pretty good. Then tomorrow I’ll start some PPC campaigns via Google Adwords & hopefully with the right keywords & good ads I’ll get targeted traffic which should convert at a better rate.
The only good thing is that my Adsense is ticking over & at least that is bringing in enough to cover the child care costs!
